   AVOID!!! terrible customer service, i set up a direct debit when i gor the storage unit, to have a letter the next month advising i was getting charged for late payment as the direct debit wasnt set up! I also paid a £50 deposit which i was i would get refunded in full when the keys were returned, no mention on a notice period! I hades my keys in and asked if i could pay the addition cost to which i was told no, i was then sent my cheque of my depost of £11.30! Meaning it will cost me more to get to my bank to put this in! Whereaa i shoukd have been given the option when inasked to pay it and get the full amount back! When i phoned to question this i was told it was the waiting days which i signed, i questioned why the staff member didnt tell me about this at the time of signing up or handing the keys back, to which the 'manager' was very unhelpful to tell me he doesnt know. I have had nothing but issues and would take my business else where, this company do not care about customers and only want money from them. I would give 0 stars if i could.
