   I cannot fault the service that I received from Homemaster storage; from my initial enquiries right through to my final week in storage the team was nothing but helpful, courteous and efficient. Being on my own arranging and using a storage container I thought I may feel vulnerable and unsafe, especially accessing the storage at night due to work commitments. Fortunately this was not at all the case as the facilities are well lit, accessible and the opening hours over the weekend meant I was able to access the container at my convenience. Elwyn and Lynette were supportive throughout the process and most importantly for me did not put pressure to purchase after the initial enquiry, not the case with other companies I have dealt with. You very much get the sense of a family run business which offers an individualised service which I greatly appreciated.
   I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

   I am sorry to hear Ms Vincent comments. This relates to a removal and not storage. Ms Vincent did not furnish me with the full facts when she first made contact. Had I known that we were in a tender situation that the cheapest quote wins I would not have offered a quotation because from experience we offer a far superior service to others and so we are never succesfull when it comes to being the cheapest. I have to look closely at costs and it costs money to raise and send paperwork which is fruitless for work we are never going to get. I apologise to Ms Vincent for this mis understanding.    I am disgusted with the service i have recieved and the way i have been dealt with this clearly isnt how u run a business. All seemed fine when i phoned to get a quote for removals, i quickly recieved a text with my quote, i phoned and asked if it was possible to send it inan email as i need this for work purposes. As i hadnt recieved the email for over a week i called to chase it up, i was told he wasnt bothering to send it and just find someone else as he charges more than other people and when i explained i needed that email to show to my employer he said he wasnt going to send it as its going to cost him money, i said its irelevent if i choose them or not as he still needs to provide a quote he then put the phone down on me!!!! And is now not answering my calls. Absolutley crap and i highly suggest you dont use.

   Visited Home Master Removals today to enquire about prices and availability for storage for my daughters stuff, made to feel very welcome, Kerry told me everything I needed to know and Gordon showed me around the complex, very impressed and even happier about coming back, so happy I didn't bother visiting the 3 or 4 other storage firms id'e planned to visit today. Thank you.
