   Absolutely brilliant Service provided.
   Friendly and helpful staff that went the extra mile and really helped in such a stressful time.
   Other review on here not true to form.
   Was fully informed of everything we needed to account for. Licks were reasonable yet had the option to bring our own if we wished.
   They think of everything with great transport options. Dry and safe storage rooms. Would highly recommend to anyone needing storage in Oldbury, proffesional all the way.

   Thank you to a wonderful team, always greeted with a smile and a cup of coffee.
   They went above and beyond going that extra mile.

   Staff have a poor attitude towards customers, not very helpful, Once all paperwork is signed they tell you that you are unable to use your own lock and must purchase one of theirs at vasty over inflated costs. Try Black Country Storage were you will be treated like a person and save yourself a lot of money in the process.
