Really, really helpful firm who made our move as stress-free as possible. I thoroughly recommend them without hesitation. Mat and Ed went out of their way to assist at every stage with our storage, and then our removal needs, liaising with our chosen removal company. All our possessions arrived on time and in one piece. Very good service and very good price. Not only were the staff very friendly, but they also gave me money back for not using the storage facility for an entire month. Their recommendation for a removal service - CityMoves - was also very good. Very happy overall!

I found Peaks Storage to be very professional from the very first enquiry right up to the time I left their facility. On my first visit Emma actually came off her lunch break to help me as I had only a short time available to register; really going beyond what was expected! I met Matthew briefly as I was unloading my unit and he was very friendly, and the admin side of things was a complete breeze. Big thanks to all at Peaks for making a very stressful time of my life just that little less so.

I wouldn't hesitate using them again and will be reccommending them to anyone I know who has storage needs. And they are much much cheaper than any other facility in Cambridge!

Peaks Storage answered my need for a small amount of storage space for domestic items. It is clean, secure, accessible and reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and friendly and sorted out the paperwork in no time, making it possible to move in a few days later. I have recommended Peaks to friends and would certainly do so, again.

Peaks are a true gem. The staff are always very helpful and polite and the transfer of our excess household items went like clockwork thanks to their reliability and efficiency. It is great to be able to take out as I fancy and to put them back after use or to change things around. We had been dreading moving our things but need not have as Peaks made everything so easy and user friendly. They do what they say they will do..and more.

Good easy access, city location & NOT in the middle of no where, plenty of trolleys, flat surface, 24 hours access, CCTV, . What more can I say? Oh yes, they have an Emma! Spot on with any questions you might have & always service with a smile. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others. ;)

I've been using Peaks Storage for a short while now - it's a clean inexpensive, secure solution. A family run business rather than a national chain. They're lovely people and you get various things which other companies consider 'extras' as standard (such as 24hr access).

Been recommending them to all my friends.

I found peaks storehouse to be the cheapest self storage in the area by far. I was initially dubious that the place would be secure for such good value but after a visit I found it to be very secure with good alarm and security systems. They were very flexible allowing me to store my things for only a week and subsequently extending it on a day by day basis. Most other companies had a minimum storage time of a month.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
I would most definitely recommend peaks to anyone looking for self storage.

We chose Peaks for our storage solution, and moved our items in yesterday. So far they have done everything they said they would - the unit is very accessible, nice and clean and seems secure, and staff have been very helpful. Costs are reasonable.

Extremely pleased so far - I had friendly and useful advice when I first made my call to Peaks Storehouse, no hard sell (unlike some other storage facilities). A quick ring around the other options was enough to know that this place was the best for us price and location-wise.
When I arrived to register, the documentation was completed with a minimum of fuss and all the important information was explained clearly and carefully. I've used storage facilities before in Edinburgh and they weren't bad but Peaks have made the whole process much less painful than I expected. Thank you!

I used Peak Storage for over a year and also the delivery and collection facilities. I found the storage to be clean and safe, the storage team to be helpful and available at times that were suitable to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Peak Storage again or to recommend them.
