   I've been wanting to write this review since i put my things in storage there in January, second time i use Safestore but that's the only time i had a 'non-robotic'/ i'm-so-bored-at-work type of service, namely with Justin who was so polite, understanding, friendly and caring about his job when we made all the paperwork. I since spoke to others who were alright but not as friendly. Friendliness is an under-rated quality these days and i find it exptremly important in situations where one's in between homes, a vulnerable and wanting to be looked after until they find a place to move to. They did well when i told them my friends would pick up the goods as i couldnt be there on moving out day, i hear paper work was a quick and easy affair. So i would recommend Stokey's more than the one in Bermondsey, simply for the human factor. And since they practise a price-match policy, why go elsewhere?

   This is the third time I’ve used Safe Store Stoke Newington and the second time I’ve come across this woman ‘Zorina.’.. I dont think I’ve ever been talked to or treated so rudely in all my life. I’m not sure what this womans problem is but everything is confrontational. Shes got some sort of power trip and extremely rude, it was quite upsetting how she talked to me and my partner. Her colleague Justin was fully aware of her behaviour and told us to ignore her.

   Horrendous behaviour and we will now be using an alternative storage provider as nothing seems to be easy when she’s behind the counter.
