Hi Store Room Manchester,

I wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you to Steph and Darren for all of your help throughout the month on October (not that your any less Helpful the other months).

Firstly you offered me a fantastic deal on a larger room and helped with the process from start to finish, thanks also to Dan for his help with this. You also helped me out on another occasion by housing a car whilst a friend was in america and I had no room on my drive.

You went the extra mile and posted a letter in my absence meaning a customer of mine didn't miss an event due to me being away.

Thanks again and keep up the good work.

1) Customer focused

3) Worked non stop to help move items from home

If one could award a Michellin star, you would get 3. Manager even came to help on day off and the assistant manager worked well beyond closing time. Very very very impressed, thank you, you do not need to improve anything - perfect service.

The Take Away service proved very helpful to me because I completed on both properties on the same day. Dan & Darren were really great, very efficient and their time keeping was excellent. I was very touched by Darren's willingness and hard work in helping me move out - and in! There was very good team work here and the charges are better than any removal firm.
